Jacqui Dunnley-Wendt

Jacqui Dunnley-Wendt has worked in the world of musical theatre for many years. After a successful career as a musical theater performer, she has become a leading director and choreographer. Her career, which has taken her from London's West End to Vienna, criss-crossing Germany and even as far afield as South Korea, South Africa and South America, Jacqueline has worked alongside many of the biggest names in musicals, including Gillian Lynn, Rob Roth, Matt West, Anthony Van Laast and Susan Stroman. As an associate director and choreographer, Jacqueline has been commissioned by Disney Theatrical for various productions of Disney's Broadway showBeauty and the Beastand took over artistic responsibility, in Johannesburg and Cape Town (South Africa), São Paulo (Brazil) and Buenos Aires (Argentina).


The list of her work as director, choreographer and resident director is long and includes such internationally high-profile productions as Cats, Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and THE PRODUCERS. Jacqui Dunnley-Wendt directed the German premiere of Disney’s CAMP ROCK and has directed and/or choreographed productions such as WITCHCRAFT - THE MAGIC OF CY COLEMAN, HIGH FIDELITY, HAIRSPRAY JR., MORD AM MIKRO!, CABARET, 42nd STREET, CHICAGO, RUMPELSTILTSKIN, ABBAMANIA . She is also currently responsible for the arena tour production of DISNEY IN CONCERT.

In addition to her work as Artistic Director for Musical Creations Entertainment, Jacqui Dunnley-Wendt is a regular lecturer at various universities and colleges and also focuses on the promotion of young talent, e.g. at the Musicalschule Ahrensburg, the Liz Mohn Culture and Music Foundation and the Stahlberg Foundation.
